A member of the Washington State Bar, Olga brings over two decades of experience in U.S. business immigration law, with deep expertise in work permits and permanent residency for employees, founders, and executives. She specializes in a broad range of visa categories, including TN (CUSMA/NAFTA), E-1/E-2 investor visas, L-1 intracompany transfers, H-1B, O-1, and PERM-based green cards.

Before joining the firm, Olga led business immigration teams in Canada and the U.S., working with clients in the digital economy, STEM, manufacturing, media, and the arts. She earned her LL.M. in U.S. Law from the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University, and holds an LL.B. from the University of London. Olga is also a U.S. Department of State Edmund S. Muskie Fellow and a former intern with the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) in Washington, D.C.

Fluent in English, French, and Russian, and currently learning Ukrainian, Olga is deeply committed to advocacy and public service. Since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, she has volunteered with AILA, the City of Seattle, and refugee support organizations, offering legal guidance to displaced individuals and families. Her global perspective, legal expertise, and compassionate approach make her an invaluable leader in our firm’s corporate practice.
